This web page was created through
the love and help of a lot of people,
some who will never know they had
a part in it, mainly my Mom,
who has Alzheimers.
These dolls, (pillow case) dolls,
were made from a pillowcase and a
dresser scarf that my Mother made
with her loving hands, 63 years ago,
as a wedding gift for my Dad's
brother and his wife, my Aunt and Uncle.....
I am sure as she
was making them, she never once imagined
that her handi-work would one
day appear on a web page, on a computer,
63 years later......
(What is a web page, and what is a computer??????)

This type of doll is the kind little girls
played with years ago.....
made from pillow cases or material that
their Mothers or Grand-mothers
just happen to have on hand.....
Hence, no faces.......

My Aunt gave these pillow cases to me,
and it was then I decided that
I would make
these dolls for my two
little grand-daughters.
Then I decided that I needed
to make a web page about these dolls.

Who better to ask to design a set for me,
than my good friend, Anita/Star*Shine......

SO...

I would like to dedicate
this page to my Mom, and my Aunt Nori

Last but not least,
my two beautiful grand-daughters,
Haley and Jessica,
for without them I would not
have had anyone to make these dolls for...:-)
