I BELIEVE IN ANGELS
I believe in angels sent from up above
Walking silently amongst us so filled with gods love
Miracles happen in the blink of any eye
Could it be gods messengers sent from on high
So often we fail to notice Gods greatest gift of all
Like the blessings we are given when angels come to call
Little things we take for granted and often fail to see
Are Gods special gifts he gives for you and me
When our lives are troubled and hope seems far away
Our guardian angels walk beside us to help along the way
Speaking not a word when are hearts fill with fear
They bring comfort to our soul whenever they are near
Their spirits glow in the night winds in every star in the sky
Till our days on earth are over and God calls us home on high
So when you feel a gentle touch its perhaps an angels wing
Or hear heavenly music that only angels sing
Take comfort in the fact you had a heavenly visitor from above
God has sent you his angels to fill your heart with love

You Are Loved
May God reach down
and love you
in His own special way.
May you know
you're loved,
each and every day.
May you see,
from God's dear eyes,
the value of your worth.
May His love show you
the most precious things
on this earth.

JUST REMEMBER
When you feel tested and tried
And all worn out inside,
Just Remember ...
God is by your side.
When you have lost your best friend
And it feels like the end,
Just Remember ...
Another He'll send.
When you feel like a good cry
But you just don't know why,
Just Remember ...
God is standing by.
When the day seems to grow cold
Because you're getting old,
Just remember ...
Your hand He will hold.
When there's a heart you can't mend -
That needs someone to tend,
Just Remember ...
Jesus will be their friend.

The
next two poems are for anyone
who has
lost a loved one, and it tells of the devoted love
that we all wish to find one day...
YOU WERE MY LIFE
Here, in sadness, I sit and ponder
The things I should have said.
And now, the time is over,
So all I can do is hang my head.
My eyes are filled with teardrops.
My soul is wracked with pain.
My love for you is much deeper.
And this, I try to myself, explain.
We were together for so many years.
My life with you, was a joy to behold.
But you are now gone, from my embrace,
And my kisses are now left in the cold.
I cannot bear this pain much longer,
For you were my life to me.
And never will the void be filled,
Until it's my time to be with thee.

A Place In Heaven
Lord is there a place in Heaven
For a lonely man like me?
One with a weary heart and soul,
And one who longs to be with Thee?
One with so much sadness,
One who has so little worth left in life,
One who is left here all alone,
And one who can not bear the strife?
I've searched my mind for answers.
I've searched the sky above.
I've looked across the rolling sea.
But, no where can I find my love.
My futile way of trying
Has taken a toll on me.
Let me come to Heaven, Lord,
So again my love and I can be.
You joined us on our wedding day,
That day we became as one.
But now, in life there is little left
To compensate for what death has done.
Oh Lord, how much longer do I have
To keep up this charade,
Of pretending that I'm happy
As I pass through this dark glade?
I know You have the answer, Lord,
To all these questions that I ask.
Let me and my love be together again.
Then with You, in Heavens beauty, we may bask.
