We bow our heads in prayer today
to honor all we've lost
we'll not give up, nor falter
no matter what the cost

The angels are surrounding us
giving help to those who care
to help them in their efforts
and ease the burdens that they bear

We pray the angels stay near
the ones who are  protecting us
keep them safe from harm when
they are in distress

Our service men and women
need our prayers every day
their families need to know they're safe
while they are far away

The tears we've shed the fear we've felt
have made us all the stronger
one day soon we will find
we won't feel this way any longer

So take the time to bow
your heads in prayer
pray for our great country
and the peace we all will share

      Today marks the one month anniversary of 
     the day our world was changed. We do not 
have the feeling of peace that we have 
 become so used to, but we are a strong 
    country, and we will once again have that
      feeling of peace. We have shown the world
     how we have all united together, and they
        have shown us that we are not in this alone.
